张家港海力码头有限公司浦沙码头拆除
工程变更施工船舶航行通告
各有关单位、船舶：
张家港海事局2022年9月22日发布的《张家港海力码头有限公司浦沙码头拆除工程航行通告》（张航通〔2022〕0051号）变更施工船舶，现将有关事项通告如下：
一、作业时间
2022年10月20日至2022年12月31日，每日0600时至1800时。
二、作业水域
张家港海力码头有限公司浦沙码头及码头前沿200米宽（南北）水域。
三、作业船舶
（一）增加施工船舶：“龙禹01”“通港拖8”“龙禹600”；
（二）去除施工船舶：“秦航工602”；
（三）原施工船舶“秦航工拖3001”“秦航工209”“秦航工58号”“秦航工1002”“秦航工201”“秦航工202”“秦航工203”保持不变。
四、作业方式
码头结构拆除和水下清淤清石，其中码头结构拆除按从码头上游开始向下游的顺序进行拆除。
五、注意事项
（一）作业单位应严格按照作业方案进行作业，落实各项安全保障和防污染措施。
（二）建设、施工单位应加强协调，妥善处理施工作业与邻近码头生产之间的关系。
（三）施工船舶应严格遵守《长江江苏段船舶定线制规定（2021年）》和其他相关的法律规定，在核定范围内作业、停泊，按规定显示信号，加强值班和警戒，开启AIS，保持甚高频值守，并及时向VTS中心报告船舶动态。
（四）作业期间，所有航经该水域的船舶应保持高频守听，加强了望，谨慎操作，与作业船舶保持安全距离，并服从张家港海事局水上交通管理中心的交通组织。
（五）如遇大风、能见度不良等恶劣天气情况，施工船舶应停止作业，落实各项安全和应急处置措施。
（六）航经施工水域的船舶可通过VHF06频道与施工船舶联系，也可通过VHF10频道或电话（0512-58330432）与张家港海事局水上交通管理中心联系。
作业结束后，不再另行通告。
