长江张家港段段山港至沪苏通长江公铁大桥
南岸侧附近水域水下地形测量航行通告
各有关单位、船舶：
张家港市长江治理工程管理处将对长江张家港段段山港至沪苏通长江公铁大桥南岸侧附近水域开展水下地形测量，现将有关事项通告如下：
一、作业时间
2022年11月29日至2022年12月15日，每日0800时至1700时。
二、作业水域
长江浏海沙水道、南通水道南岸侧水域，具体为以下八点连线与南岸侧岸线围成的水域：
A:32°00′21.1″N, 120°31′52.6″E；
B:32°00′37.9″N, 120°31′55.6″E；
C:31°59′56.6″N, 120°35′03.3″E；
D:31°59′38.0″N, 120°36′13.6″E；
E:31°59′40.6″N, 120°39′24.4″E；
F:31°59′51.0″N, 120°40′02.2″E；
G:31°59′53.9″N, 120°42′58.1″E；
H:31°59′33.9″N, 120°42′54.7″E。
三、作业船舶
测量船：水文1001。
四、作业内容
测量船以顺航道方向在作业水域内来回施测。
五、注意事项
（一）作业单位应严格按照施工通航安全保障方案进行作业，落实各项安全保障和防污染措施。
（二）作业船舶应严格遵守《中华人民共和国内河避碰规则》《长江江苏段船舶定线制规定（2021年）》和其他相关的法律规定，在核定范围内作业，按规定显示信号，加强值班和警戒，开启AIS，保持甚高频值守，主动发布信息，加强了望，谨慎驾驶，与过往船舶统一会让意图。
（三）作业单位应加强与沿岸码头之间的协调沟通，妥善处理测量作业与码头生产之间的关系。
（四）如遇大风、能见度不良等情况，船舶应停止作业，及早选择安全水域停泊，落实各项安全和应急处置措施。
（五）过往船舶通过施工水域时，应加强了望、谨慎驾驶，提前联系统一会让意图，保持安全距离缓速通过。
（六）航经作业水域的船舶可通过VHF06频道与施工船舶联系，也可通过VHF10频道或电话（0512-58330432）与张家港海事局船舶交通管理中心联系。
作业结束后，不再另行通告。
